Aloha Investors!
I hope that everyone is sticking to their plans and goals for their investment future. You can learn a lot by yourself by just reading and researching how to invest. You do not need to pay someone to do it for you unless you are too busy to log on and purchase your own investments. Even the great Warren Buffet says to buy a good Index fund or ETF. He is right you cannot go wrong with a well-diversified index fund or ETF. Those types of investments always make money whether it is from the market going up or by dividend payouts. It does not take a rocket scientist to start investing and accumulate a nice nest egg for you and your family. If I can start investing with a minimum wage job then anyone can start their investment journey. It is not how much you make, but how much you save that makes a difference. You have to have that mindset of when the stock market is red you are making money, not losing money.
This paycheck I was able to grab two more shares of Apple and one share of VOO. I really had to stop myself from buying more shares of Nvidia because the stock is so low. I never time the market and I always buy no matter what the price is. You only really need to pay attention to the market unless you day trade. I would not recommend that unless you really take the time to learn the art of day trading. You can lose a lot of money when it comes to day trading. Another option is swing trading and I do believe beginners can learn swing trading pretty fast. You are taking your profit once it goes up and you are not holding on to the stock for the long term.
I am planning to put more into my individual stock account if I have extra money, so I can purchase Nvidia shares while it is still on the low end. I will keep everyone posted if I do. Have a great weekend and remember it is never too late to start investing!
